Aug. 18th, 2009 03:47 pmI have been so unbearably tired the last two days, and I have no idea why. I am just exhausted, and lethargic, in spite of sleeping well (for me), and eating well, and not doing anything out of the ordinary. I am falling asleep at my desk this afternoon, it's not good. I wonder if my iron is low... that seems the most feasible and logical explanation. Hmmm... pay day tomorrow, I think a big steak may be in order in the next few days.
After my ride to the Den on Saturday, my bike ended up staying there through circumstance until last night, so there were two days that I didn't ride at all, and I missed it. I've only had her two weeks but already riding daily, even if only to the station and home, has become an integral part of my life it seems. I was happy riding to the station this morning :) More big ridings this weekend I think...
I haven't played in ages. I need to do something about that I think.

Date: 2009-08-18 01:15 pm (UTC)Absolutely floored me so I was riding one day, then having the next day at home, off work.
You're probably fitter than me, but I wouldn't rule out post-riding lethargy. It hits ages later and even days later.
I felt perfectly fine while riding around so it took a while to make the connection. The mountain of fatigue kicked in much later.
that's a theory, anyway.
they told me to do one day on, one day off to fix it.
