quiregrrlI did not go in the SLPA parade entry last night, in fact i did nothing at all for mardi gras because I am a wussy fail mcfail... the photos I've seen on stalkbook looked fabulous though, and i've enjoyed hearing/reading everyone elses tales of fun times :)
Dinner with Ange and her mum was nice instead of mardi gras fun, plus I made Ange's christmas present finally, a sticky date pudding which was actually quite delish (I'm not usually a fan)...
Today has been about sleeping in, reading in bed with a macy curled up next to me, and practicing my guitar. My fingertips are super sensitive and a bit owie, and I still suck but I'm slowly getting the hang of SOME of the chords... practice practice practice...
Heading back over to Ange's soon to cook up big pot of fettucine marinara, nom!
REEEEALLY excited about being nude at the opera house tomorrow! Kind of hoping it's not cold and raining like it is right now though... although, there is something incredibly sensuous about being naked in the rain... eh, i don't really care how the weather is, I'm just thrilled to be doing this :)
I have a wee crush on Manu Feildel... and "boys weekend" is my new fave cooking show...
