woo for wednesday

Yesterday was a strange day... work sucked majorly, within half an hour of arriving at work I had had not one but TWO abusive phone calls from people I had had lengthy discussions with on Tuesday, who had both apparently taken the time over Tuesday night to think about things and work themselves up into a state which they unleashed in my direction on Wednesday morning. ( work whinge )

What sort of job can I do that is admin based, earns good money, and doesn't involve having to deal with anyone else more than an absolute minimum??

Last night was snooza_smurf's farewell coffee/dinner/drinks, so Hunter picked me up from work and we joined Donkey and her beloved and sundry others for coffee at gelatomassi in newtown then dinner, and then I gave Suze big hugs and left them to head off to the pub while I headed home. I'm going to miss her... she always makes me laugh and she's a bit lovely really, but I'm glad she's so happy and in love and excited for her starting this next chapter in her life :)

Because I'm poor and couldn't afford to give her a farewell/birthday present that was "very expensive" as she requested, I made her art instead... I was quite proud of the way it turned out and she loved it (phew!!) so that was good... I scanned it at work yesterday before giving it to her last night so I could keep a copy of what I'd done..
