I could not sleep last night... for some reason I was WIDE awake and not at all sleepy... partly I think it was because of the heat, but also just because I'm a nocturnal creature, which sucks given that the world is run to a diurnal shedule... having to get up at 7am when you only managed to fall asleep at 3:30am bites.

The only good thing about being at work today is the air-con... woot for air-con! The downside is that I have to share it with the potplant who seems to be going for a gold medal in annoying me today... all morning with the obnoxious, bigoted and inappropriate comments... and now he's sitting at his desk, 4 feet from me, eating celery sticks with his fucking mouth open... CRUNCH crunch crunch crunch squelch squelch squelch, swallow, repeat. ARRRRGGHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

I may be a tiny bit more on edge than i usually am. Possibly. Just a little. *twitch*

In sad news, I have to return the car tonight :( no more car for me :( But that means the happy news is that best boy is back tomorrow!! Hopefully will get to see him some time over the weekend, huzzah!!

Speaking of excellent boys, yay for a boy who works night shift and can spend an hour flirting on the phone in the middle of the night when I'm bored and wide awake... SO much better than talking to myself... *grin*

I think I shall have muesli for lunch. Yes. Nom nom.
