How to play:
1. Leave me a comment saying, "Interview me!"
2. I will respond by asking you five questions. I get to pick the questions.
3. You will post the answers to the questions (and the questions themselves) on your blog or journal.
4. You will include this explanation and an offer to interview someone else in the same post.
5. When others comment asking to be interviewed, you will ask them five questions. And thus the endless cycle of the meme goes on and on and on and on...

Razorsharpblade asked me...

1. What has been the most thrilling choral concert you have sung in, with whom and where?
There are a couple that stand out in my memory... being part of the massed choir at the Gay Games Opening Ceremony in 2002, several hundred choristers from all over the world, singing with KD Lang, to a packed Aussie Stadium was pretty special, and also the massed choir event during the cultural festival, the same several hundred choristers performing choir by choir at the Opera House Concert Hall, and then coming together to sing en masse with Deborah Cheetham (Indigenous Aussie Soprano) was another bursting-with-pride-and-joy moment...

2. Describe a favourite memory from your childhood/adolescence.
They pretty much all centre around my Dad... one of my earliest happy memories was when Dad took me to see Dumbo at the movies. I could only have been 3 or 4, but I remember because it was just me and Dad, so it felt really special, and he bought me an icecream which mum never let me have...

3. If you had all the resources and most skilled and talented people in the body mod world available to you - what would be your greatest desire to get done?
Oh gosh... I'd start off by getting my dragon design drawn up and tattooed, and the other two tattoos I have planned done as well... an Albertina piercing... and an intricate scrollwork scarification piece on my chest using a combination of cutting and flesh removal, and possibly adding a few microdermals as sparkly accents once it was healed :)

4. What do you know now that you'd love to time-travel back 10 years and tell yourself, assuming that you'd listen to yourself?
That I'm stronger than I gave myself credit for back then, and that I am just fine being who I am. I'd tell myself to stop worrying so much about what other people think of me and stop trying to be what I think other people want me to be, because my family will keep loving me, and the friends that I truly value will still be there in 10 years, and I will find people who understand me, and appreciate me just as I am. I'd tell myself that it wouldn't be an easy 10 years and that there would be bad times but I would be fine.

5. What dance track is guaranteed to get you out of your seat and on the floor as soon as you hear the opening bars?
Annihilating Rhythm - Ultra-Sonic. To be honest, I'm not a big dance music afficionado or fan, that's one of the few that I know and truly love... it never fails to put me in a good mood. I'm listening to it now in fact and grinning and bouncing :)
