Has anyone heard anything about the Impy??

Was just looking at SMH.com and the teaser pic for the "photos of the week" was Mitzi Macintosh, so of course I had to look... there are three photos of Mitzi in the newly renovated Imperial Hotel... it's clearly not QUITE finished, but looks like it's just about ready to reopen... anyone heard anything?? Have I been living under a rock?
